HOW TO BOOK : We use the booking agency Camptoo to manage our availability and bookings so you have the reassurance of an experienced and professional hire company along with the ability to communicate directly with us throughout the booking process. Simply follow the links on the home page to book your chosen campervan.
INSURANCE : Fully comprehensive insurance is covered in your hire cost. There is an insurance excess of £500 which is covered by your security deposit. The minimum age is 23yrs. You will be required to provide your driving licence details for us to do a check with the DVLA. You will also be required to provide us with 2 recent utility bills for proof of address.
BREAKDOWN COVER : Is included with your hire of our vehicles
WHAT’S INCLUDED : The vans are fully kitted out with all the necessary equipment for your trip including gas for cooking, pots, pans and crockery along with outdoor chairs and table and an awning. Please bring your own bedding or sleeping bags. A full list of equipment can be found on the relevant campervan page.
FUEL : Your campervan will come with a full tank of DIESEL fuel and will need to be returned with a full tank.
MILEAGE : A very generous 1750 miles is included with excess mileage being charged at 14p per mile thereafter.
PICK UP AND PARKING : We are based in the centrally located county of Rutland, a good base from which to start your adventure. You can park your vehicle free with us but this is at your own risk. Pick up and drop off times are 3pm and 11am respectively, although other times will be considered by prior arrangement.
GETTING TO KNOW YOUR VAN : Please allow 30-40 minutes for the handover so you can be fully briefed on the vehicle and have the time to ask any questions you may have.
WHAT TO BRING : It is recommended that you pack light and in squashy bags as space in a camper is limited ! The main requirement for you to bring is your own bedding/sleeping bags, pillows and towels. Don’t forget to bring a torch !
